What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly membership fee for access to primary care services, eliminating the need for traditional insurance or copays. This model provides patients with more personalized care, shorter wait times, and transparent pricing.

What services are included in the DPC membership?

Our DPC membership includes:

  • Same-day or next-day appointments
  • Comprehensive health assessments and preventative care
  • Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
  • Preventive screenings and lab tests
  • Telehealth services
  • Wellness consultations, including nutrition and lifestyle support
  • Mental Health Counseling

How is DPC different from traditional healthcare?

Unlike traditional healthcare models, where insurance companies and third parties are involved, DPC allows you to pay a monthly membership fee directly to your provider. This removes the need for copays and deductibles and focuses on building a stronger relationship between you and your provider. DPC also offers more flexibility, personalized care, and timely access to healthcare services.

How much does a DPC membership cost?

The cost of the DPC membership varies based on age.

Are there any additional costs for services or medications?

Most services included in your DPC membership are fully covered under the monthly fee. However, there may be additional charges for certain specialized services, procedures, or medications. We will always provide you with transparent pricing before you proceed with any non-covered services.

How do I make an appointment?

Appointments are easy to schedule through our online portal, by phone, or via email. We offer same-day or next-day appointments for urgent concerns and ensure that you have convenient access to your healthcare provider whenever you need it.

How do I cancel my DPC membership?

We understand that circumstances change. If you decide to cancel your DPC membership, you can do so at any time. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellation.

Is DPC available for businesses?

Yes, we offer business membership plans. These plans are designed to provide comprehensive healthcare services for employees, improving overall health and reducing healthcare costs.
