Woven Health Clinic is a 501(c)(3) community healthcare clinic that helps uninsured and under-insured adults build healthier, happier, and more productive lives. Your health is our top priority. As your caregivers, we want to ensure that we are able to meet your needs during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. You will be asked to reschedule appointments by TeleMed to keep you, staff and others safe. We urge anyone with fever, cough, chills and/or shortness of breath to call the office. We do not see walk-in patients – all patients must have an appointment. We have limited testing available for COVID-19 based on the recommendation of Woven’s Health Care Provider.
All primary care visits will be via TeleMed unless advised otherwise by Woven Health staff. Medicine refills, chronic disease management, sick visits and other health visits will be conducted via TeleMed.
All Gynecology, Dermatology, Neurology, Well Patient and other non-essential appointments will be rescheduled for June.
COVID-19 is causing things to change rapidly and our operations and types of visits and hours may vary. If you have questions, you can also call ahead or send us a message through your patient portal.
