Back-to-School: School Supplies & $20 Wellness Check-Ups

All September long, Woven Health Clinic is helping families start the school year strong.
School supplies are available at no cost while supplies last — child must be present, limit one per child. Wellness check-ups are $20 for children ages 10 and up and include a physical exam, growth and vital signs, a sports and school wellness check, health education, and referrals.
Available throughout September at our Farmers Branch clinic.
