OUR APPROACH

Sustainable Change, Not Quick Fixes

Lasting weight loss isn't about willpower alone — it's about the right combination of medical support, nutrition guidance, and habits that actually fit your life. Our team works with you to build a plan around your goals, your schedule, and your health history, with regular check-ins to adjust course as you go. Whatever your starting point, we meet you there.

  • Coordination with nutrition and exercise care

  • Side effect monitoring and dose management
  • Combined with nutrition and lifestyle support

GLP-1 Medications We Offer

Medical Weight Loss, Managed With Care

For patients who qualify, GLP-1 receptor agonists can be a powerful addition to lifestyle changes. Our team evaluates your eligibility, manages dosing, and monitors your progress closely throughout treatment.

Wegovy

(semaglutide)

Wegovy is an FDA-approved prescription medication for chronic weight management, cardiovascular risk reduction, and metabolic dysfunction–associated steatohepatitis (MASH). It is available as both a once-weekly subcutaneous injection and a once-daily oral tablet, used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

How It Works

Wegovy mimics a naturally occurring hormone called GLP-1 that targets areas of the brain responsible for regulating appetite, helping you feel full sooner and reducing overall food intake.

Who It's For

Adults and adolescents (12+) with obesity (BMI ≥ 30), or overweight adults (BMI ≥ 27) who also have weight-related conditions such as high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes.

Dosing

To reduce side effects, the dosage is slowly increased over the first several months (a process called titration) until you reach your maintenance dose. Your provider manages each step of this process.

Important Safety Information: Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, and abdominal pain. Serious risks include pancreatitis, kidney problems, and a boxed warning for potential thyroid C-cell tumors. Your provider will discuss all risks and monitoring before starting treatment.

Tirzepatide

(dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist)

Tirzepatide is a dual-action medication that targets two key hormones involved in blood sugar regulation and appetite control. In clinical trials, patients have seen significant weight loss — with some losing 15% to 20% or more of their body weight — along with strong improvements in blood sugar management.

How It Works

Tirzepatide stimulates insulin release, lowers glucose production in the liver, slows stomach emptying, and signals to your brain that you are full — addressing weight and blood sugar from multiple pathways simultaneously.

Important Safety Information: As with all GLP-1 class medications, side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, and stomach discomfort, particularly during dose escalation. Your provider will evaluate your full medical history before prescribing and monitor you throughout treatment.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Progress Over Perfection

Weight loss isn't a straight line, and we don't treat it like one. Setbacks happen, and they aren't failures — they're part of the process. We believe sustainable health is built through consistency and support, not shame or restriction, and that quality, affordable, whole-person care for uninsured and underinsured adults should never be out of reach, no matter where you're starting from.
