Primary Care

Diabetes, asthma, hypertension, COVID care, respiratory infections, and more.

Mental Health

Depression, anxiety, CBT, tele-therapy via UT Southwestern, and on-site counseling.

Women's Health

Well Woman exams, pap smears, birth control, STD testing, mammograms, and more.

Nutrition & Wellness

Registered dietitian counseling, weight management, tobacco cessation, chronic disease nutrition.

OUR STORY

A Legacy of Compassionate,
Community-Rooted Care

1992

Founded by two United Methodist Churches as a volunteer-run evening clinic serving under-resourced North Texas residents.

2003

Joined Dallas County Medical Society's Project Access. Transitioned to paid staff and renamed Metrocrest Family Medical Clinic.

2017

Became a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home. Rebranded as Woven Health Clinic — symbolizing the interwoven relationship between health and community.

2021

Opened second clinic in Carrollton in partnership with the City of Carrollton, expanding access across North Texas.
